NB Housing engaged the services of INSEC following much community ASB which was greatly affecting the everyday lives of our tenants. Whilst ASB remains an issue our tenants can now call INSEC at any time to report a range of issues such as noise nuisance, ASB, crime, drugs and vandalism. Respectfully the PSNI and Council services are often not in a position to respond immediately to calls since their resources are stretched but with INSEC our tenants can normally expect an immediate visit by their mobile patrol unit. We have found as our tenants get used to INSEC they are making more use of the service and for the association it has proven to be a cost effective additional resource to be used in the on-going battle against ASB in our community.
